2. Data collected and purposes

Contact form: we collect your surname, first name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message in order to respond to your request for information or a quote. This processing is based on your consent and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Google Maps: this website embeds Google Maps to show the location of our firm. If you accept it via the cookie banner, Google may process your IP address and browsing data, including outside the European Union, under its own privacy policy.

3. Retention period

Data from the form is kept for 3 years from your last contact, in line with the recommendations of the CNIL (French data protection authority). If a contractual relationship is established, it is kept for the duration of the contract plus the statutory limitation periods.

4. Recipients

Your data is strictly confidential and reserved for the KONNY EUROPE departments authorised to handle your request, and for our technical service providers (in particular the website host) within the limits of their tasks. It is never sold, rented or transferred for commercial purposes.

5. Your rights

You have the following rights over your data:

• right of access and rectification;
• right to erasure;
• right to restriction of processing;
• right to object;
• right to data portability;
• right to withdraw your consent at any time;
• right to give instructions regarding your data after your death.
